Currently, it is fields grouping
boltDeclarer.fieldsGrouping(alertBoltNamePrefix + i, new
Fields(AlertConstants.FIELD_0));
Sometimes, traffic will go to only one task of alert publisher, we should
change to shuffleGrouping
