Summary: add function test case to test data can be retrieved from
backend storage (HBase)

Some time we may experience the data missing from UI, so we may need some test
case to track if any changes in the back-end cause the issues. So please add
some use cases to track the API call is always successful with data returned.
Also, as HadoopScope also leverage the data from Eagle, we should make sure
Eagle will not break HadoopScope.
