### What problem does this feature solve?
When using a Bar Chart you can programmatically highlight a series by using
the following code
```
myChart.dispatchAction({
type: 'highlight',
seriesIndex: 1
});
```
Would it be possible to highlight individual points with that series? For
example the series may contain a group of data points.
I guess there is also the question of how this would look visually?
