Hi, Yes that document needs a bit of help I was looking at it yesterday and wonder how anyone made sense of it.
What you need to do is send a vote email to the general incubator list asking the IPMC to vote on the release. The email should include: - list to the vote result on the dev list - the git hash and tag of the release - links to the release artefacts Once 72 hours have passed and you have 3 +1 votes (and more +1 than -1) you can release the artefacts to the release and send an announce email out.
