Upgrade to the current WIoTP iot-java version: 0.2.2.
Probably a prerequisite EDGENT-375
Remember to review / update LICENSE and NOTICE info for binary bundle.
Also update Eclipse .classpath files to reference it.
At the same time probably good to upgrade the MQTT connector to use the
current/same PAHO mqtt jar as used by wiotp (e.g., 1.0.2 => 1.1.0)
