change maven generated source bundle names?

Hi Chris,

Unless it will cause problems, I’m going to change the maven generated bundle 
names from
        apache-edgent-incubating-<ver>-source-release-tar.gz
to
        apache-edgent-<ver>-incubating-source-release-tar.gz

<ver>-incubating seems to generally be the order used by other projects based 
on the examples I looked at, including prior Edgent releases :-)
