The previous versions download page at
http://empire-db.apache.org/downloads/previous.htm currently uses HTTP for
links to hashes and signatures. It must use HTTPS.
Also it currently uses
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/empire-db/KEYS for the KEYS link.
This is wrong, dist.apache.org is not intended for public use. Please use
https://downloads.apache.org/empire-db/KEYS instead.
