Sebb reopened EMPIREDB-338:

The *detached signatures* (.asc files) are still missing.
They need to be added to
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/empire-db/2.5.0/
which is the source for
https://downloads.apache.org/empire-db/2.5.0/
The KEYS file contains the *keys* needed to verify the signatures.
c.f.
https://archive.apache.org/dist/empire-db/2.4.7/
which has .asc files alongside the hashes
