Currently the TabPageTag uses the "title" attribute for the label, and it is
not possible to set a tooltip.
Instead the "label" attribute should be used for the label. Also a "labelClass"
should be possible and a label facet.
Also the javascript for showing the blind should not depend on the current html
element (this).
