@ `2422e1387` (excludes `docs/architecture/review/**` internal archives).
### What changed since PR #260
- **getting-started.md**: quick-start curl examples fixed to the real HTTP
contract (poll `clientId/max/timeoutMs`, single-field `{"deliveryId"}` ack
body); memory-storage default / docker zero-env flow from #5400
- **a2a.md**: doc title, TOC heading and TOC anchors translated to English
(`## 5. Implementation Summary`, `## 7. Usage Guide`); body content unchanged
- **a2a-readiness.md removed** (both here and in the repo): it was an
internal readiness decision log (issue #5340 gating note), not user-facing
documentation; links cleaned from a2a.md and documentation-map
- **configuration.md**: memory backend section + storage defaults (`memory`
default, version 2.0.0-SNAPSHOT)
- **deployment.md / protocols / storage-spi / architecture pages**:
post-restructure state, including the K8s manifests (#5398) and CI-restored
notes
- 51 files total (+84/-368 net: mostly the removed readiness page + fixed
examples)
### Conventions (unchanged from PR #260)
- `docs/index.md` -> `documentation-map.md`
- `docs/feature/connectors/README.md` -> `feature/connectors/connectors.md`
- site-only `_category_.json` files preserved (4)
- relative link depths identical to the repo tree (site mirrors `docs/`)
