Fixes #5384 ### Motivation When a gRPC subscriber’s push stream closed while its heartbeat remained active, the runtime could continue sending messages to the dead stream. Failed deliveries could then be acknowledged after retries, permanently losing messages. ### Modifications - Remove closed streams by emitter identity and include stream liveness in consumer recovery. - Resolve available emitters at push time instead of retaining a stale emitter list. - Ensure undelivered messages are not acknowledged and can be redelivered, including through the RocketMQ consumer path. - Add regression tests for stream teardown, subscriber churn, push failures, and redelivery. ### Documentation - Does this pull request introduce a new feature? **No.** - Documentation changes are not applicable; this corrects existing delivery behavior. ### Verification - `./gradlew :eventmesh-runtime:test :eventmesh-storage-plugin:eventmesh-storage-rocketmq:test --offline --console=plain` — passed. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
