Decisions from the quick review call:
This feature depends on Hive 1.2 and hive-client-1.2 has some backward
compatibility issues and hence cannot work with older servers. Given this, it
was decided that the Hive DR recipe will be a sub-module under recipes and will
bundle its dependencies when built. The hive client version used by main falcon
modules will remain independent of this recipe.
In addition, a new profile will be added in the Falcon pom that will build the
recipes too. The default profile will not build the recipes.
