Description: When feed has a higher frequency than the producer process,
some feed instances are valid instance times but won't be produced. For these
cases API was returning incorrect producer process instance time. This fix adds
extra check to validate such scenarios. (was: For feed instances API gives
incorrect result.
For producer feed response contains process instances even if they do not exist
when :
- feedInstanceTime is valid, and
- feedInstanceTime > processStartTime, and
- feedInstanceTime < processEndTime )
