Currently default end date is start time + default number of results if start
time is not empty. There are two issues with it.
a) When user specifies start Date most of the cases he wants from start date
till now or till a particular time. 10 results from startTime is not a very
user friendly option in most use cases.
b) We have changed default number of results to 3000, for 0.7, to keep backward
compatibility. If endTime becomes startTime + 3000 then it will be even worse.
We should make the default value of end date to be now whenever it is not
specified.
