[~peeyushb] The main moto of adding this oozie.wf.rerun.failnodes property
is, during rerun workflow will start running from failed action. Even i have
seen recently when first time workflow failed FailedPostProcessing run and then
after workflow succeeds SucceededPostProcessing run. Just to get more info
which version of oozie being used ?
