Right now, it is AND across filter fields and OR within a single field. For
example, tag=xyz, status=FAILED, status=KILLED. This is probably sufficient for
current use cases, unless, instance search (in UI) has any need for more
sophisticated options.
[~yzheng-hortonworks], [~venkatnrangan], do you see any requirements there?
