FALCON-1157 changed the plugin version for npm frontend maven plugin to 0.0.23
from 0.0.14 which make the build incompatible with maven 3.0.4 and also
introduces some build related changes that cause additional failures.
Will look into fixing this if it is easy to fix, else we may have to revert
FALCON-1157
