Improvements to Falcon Unit
1) Adding Missing dependencies API - If process instance is waiting on any feed
directories, listing those missing dependencies will be very useful. We should
also add API to Falcon CLI also if it is not present.
2) Add API for retrieving error messages from user actions or any workflow
errors.
ex: When some variable in workflow unable to resolve etc.
Currently we will be able to know only instance got killed or waiting and there
is no API in falcon unit to show why instance got killed or waiting on any
inputs. But once Oozie launcher job launched then all logs are coming in
console and it easy to find errors.
