READY and WAITING have the same meaning. And, as per our discussion, I changed
the OozieWorkflowEngine to return READY (for ready instances). However,
SUBMITTED and WAITING of Oozie get mapped to "WAITING" as there is no SUBMITTED
equivalent in Native.
