Description: REST API and CLI support to manage entities generated from
both trusted and custom recipes. Functionalities include: 1) search entities
generated from a recipe; 2) submit an entity with recipe parameters; 3) submit
and schedule an entity with recipe parameters; 4) update an entity with new
recipe parameters; 5) validate recipe parameters. For details on recipe
