As part of FALCON-965 we introduced a new way of specifying different stages of
a feed. As part of FALCON-965 we moved retention to lifecycle framework. As
part of our plan to migrate completely towards lifecycle framework, we would
want to allow users to specify replication as a lifecycle stage as well.
