[~bvellanki] I have gone through the attached doc for implementing safe mode in
Falcon and I have a question. In doc you mentioned that "All feed/process
instances that are running will continue running during safe mode". Can you
explain this in more detail. This question I have because if in safe mode if we
will do cluster update, then running feed/process will definitely be impacted
and instances may fail, so how this will be handled. Also, will there be any
impact on various Falcon services (LateRerunHandler, MetadataMappingService,
RetryHandler etc) during safe mode, if feed/process instance continue to run.
