[~peeyushb] : In the section "Scope" the last bullet point mentions this
- User submitting and scheduling falcon snapshot-dr recipe should have
permissions on both source and target directories, and both dirs should be
snapshot-able.
This implies that the user should create the directory with ability to create
snapshots. Falcon will not create the dirs.
