I'm unable to dedicate time on this. The code is mostly ready for the already
created sub-tasks. To summarize, I've implemented a direct mapping of commands
from the old cli to the new shell. Pull requests are present at

https://github.com/apache/falcon/pull/53,
https://github.com/apache/falcon/pull/54. I'll be reassigning this jira to
[~Praveen]. He has volunteered to take this to completion, and has even
proposed a few enhancements over my vision. I think it's better to let him take
this to completion.
