At this point we reached a point where scheduled instances are in WAITING state on some machines and RUNNING successfully on other machines. This is not related to Falcon code, but seems to be after the instance is scheduled and accepted by workflow engine. I propose to disable these tests that depend on instances in external components reaching a specific state. These code paths are also tested by regression code. Please let me know if you agree.
