Ajay Yadava commented on FALCON-2141:
-------------------------------------
[~pallavi.rao]
There are already several 1.0 features like Falcon Shell, Post processing
changes etc. which are merged to trunk, so no use in cutting a branch from HEAD
now. If we need to roll out critical fixes then we can cut the branch from 0.10
and apply patches to that.
[~sandeep.samudrala]
All our releases take longer than expected.. haha! The idea of interim
release(if required) is to roll out critical bug fixes and not a feature
release :)
We should cut a branch once the community decides on an interim release. You
can always cut it from any commit in past, so it shouldn't be a blocker in any
case :)

> As discussed in an earlier dev-sync up, we will do development for 1.0 in
> master. This JIRA is to update the poms in the project to 1.0 instead of 0.11
