Hi All,
Currently, Backlog Emitter service does not handle cases where process
execution order is Last_Only.
example a process which uploads metadata to hdfs here SLA for the last process
matters but BacklogEmitterService will keep on building backlog for past
instances.
We need to build intelligence in BacklogEmitterService to handle it.
