Summary: Remove Falcon-extensions-test jar from getting bundled

As of now falcon-extensions-test.jar is used for classloader tests as part of
extensions tests, resulting in this jar being Remove Falcon-extensions-test jar
from getting bundled. This test jar should not be bundled and generated and
used as part of test-compile.
