Sorry, but that doesn't look much like a Falcon to me. The Peregrine Falcon,
and virtually every other species in the Falcon family (such as the American
Kestrel), has a distinctive dark streak or "moustache" under its eye.

The broad beak and head feathers in your logo make it look much more like an
eagle.
