Currently when patch is available, the reviewer/committer is having to verify
if the patch passes checkstyle, findbugs checks besides unit & integration
tests in both hadoop-1, hadoop-2 profiles. This should pick up patch available
JIRAs automatically and run these tests and report back on the JIRA.
