It needs to be rebased again. All the tests pass before I provide patches.
Infact, this code is running for over a week on a secure cluster with few feeds
and processes. Let me rebase but can you review the code and provide comments
so we can commit this before becoming stale again. I'd really want to avoid
putting this off so you can run tests before reviewing. Thanks [~sriksun].
