We do not have it today but would like to have a patch trigger a patch
build in jenkins. I haven't gotten around to getting it working but will
try next week.
In the meanwhile you could always run the following before uploading a
patch:
MAVEN_OPTS="-Xmx1024m -XX:MaxPermSize=256m" && mvn clean verify
-Phadoop-{1,2},test-patch
