New patch including:
- in FileSystemStorage, move the FileSystem creation outside of the locations
loop
- remove the validateTableExists() from the FeedEntityParser() to use the test
in validateACL() in the CatalogStorage.
To include a test on the table user, we have to upgrade to Hive 0.13 (which
provide PRIVILEGES methods).
