I was wrong about all dependencies. Only oozie-client was build. But oozie
dependency has conflicts with pom from falcon-regression root.
Also falcon-regression is not a module now.
Unique _hive.hcatalog_ dependencies can't be resolved too:

org.apache.hive.hcatalog:hive-hcatalog-core
