We have disabled tests in our framework. There is no description of why they
were disabled.
The list of disabled tests is:
-RescheduleProcessInFinalStatesTest#rescheduleFailed (duplicates
rescheduleSucceeded() in the same class)
-NewRetryTest - 12 tests
-FeedClusterUpdateTest - 6 tests
-InstanceParamTest - 2 tests
-RescheduleKilledProcessTest#rescheduleKilledProcess
