This jira was to add lifecycle as first class entity to be used in schedule in
workflow engine and all instance operations. This was a sub-task of FALCON-369.
Since FALCON-369 is already committed, I moved this from sub-task to main
issue. Yes, org.apache.falcon.LifeCycle exists, but I don't know if the code
changes to pass lifecycle in schedule is done(I haven't followed up the recent
commits)
