If WF vertex is created then each time replication WF runs new vertex will be
created which has storage limitations.
Approach used is to create a replicated-to edge between FeedInstance vertex and
TargetCluster entity vertex and set the edge timestamp property with
replication time. This approach will create parallel edges between vertices for
replication, eviciton, archive.
