we have the feature of optional input in process. Currently when the instance
starts , it just checks for availability of baseDir when the input is mentioned
as optional. It causes problem when optional inputBase dir is present but data
is still being copied into it , and the job starts.
We should consider optional input only when its availability flag is present.
(if it was mentioned in feed.
