If last instance is _01:25_, "end" parameter should be _01:26_ or greater.
Tests failing when "end" param is equal to last instance startTime:
ProcessInstanceKillsTest#testProcessInstanceKillLastInstance
ProcessInstanceKillsTest#testProcessInstanceKillMultipleInstance
