[~sriksun], Agree that we need this fix and it should be blocked on :
1. Backfill use-case as described above.
2. Archival use-case:
Since we do not inherently support Archival in Falcon and use Replication
feature instead, we have use-cases where in we submit a new Feed definition
with a source path and archival target path. Also this is required because
archival runs with different ACLs / Priority and Queue and currently these
properties are common across all clusters.
