Incompatible changes in 0.6: ACLs in entity - Set ACL to logged in user if ACL is not set in submit/update Staging path to be owned by user - For the existing entities with no ACL, log cleanup service should fall back to falcon user. This will work only with default directory umask of 000 Staging path to be owned by user with umask of 077 - For the existing entities with no ACL, log cleanup service will fail. This requires updating all entities with ACL
