Are we sure about being verbose about the sla definition here (in terms of
slaStart, slaEnd and slaDuration)? Can we do with simpler and more concise
configuration. Too much would be a burden for the user and may also result in
too many followup actions should these thresholds be used for alerting later.
What do you guys think ?
