Fix For: 0.6
For HCatProcessTest - fast fail is implemented at coordinator job level and we
create unnecessary workflows, adjusting end time of the process should fix the
issue.
PrismFeedReplicationUpdateTest have timeout of 1 hrs - which is too long
reducing it to 30 mins.
