yes [~shaik.idris] & [~svenkat]. [~ajayyadava] did do a quick search to see if
he can reuse any existing implementation and he didn't succeed. Will let him
comment on that. As far as using commons-collection is concerned, it should be
fine, assuming that we can bump up the commons-collection api without causing
any dependency issues.
