[~sriksun] Even if Auth is disabled, entities will have to be
- Either deleted and added again with appropriate ACLs and validity start time.
- Or painstakingly change the owner of feed/process dirs under staging and
working dir to match owner of the entity.
At this point, I feel the instructions to update are a bit too complex. So I
propose we say that 0.6 is backwards incompatible and leave it at that.
