We should also see if we can change oozie jar to be provided by the end user.
The only complication there is the workflow's being submitted have to work with
what ever version the user submits. So it will be good to know what do we use
the oozie examples jar for in our testing and if there is a better way to do
that test without needing the examples jar or picking one up at run time.
