I haven't removed it from the InstanceRunning documentation but from the
InstanceParams documentation. It seems that the documentation was copy pasted
from InstanceRunning and got committed accidentally.

There is no accidental email content in the patch, it is a proper patch and not
diff and hence contains metadata. I can't update the patch to reviewboard as
Shwetha uploaded it originally.
