I want to change HiveCatalogService to use HiveMetastoreClient instead of
HCatClient. Even HCatClient in turn uses HiveMetastoreClient. HCatClient
doesn't provide API to drop partition without deleting data, while
HiveMetastoreClient does. I need this for adding plugin that registers hcat
partition on receiving success jms message.
