[~pisaychuk] in the review link you have mentioned that all test are passing.
Can you mention the falcon version you are running test with ? since this
feature is currently broken and test should fail for apache falcon trunk and
0.6 release. pls refer to jira FALCON-935 which is still open.
also as i had discussed in QA mailing list few months back one will need to set
"*.feed.late.frequency" to "minutes(3)" for feedLateTest to work.
