To me, it seems that it would be more usable if we made "org.osgi.service.log"
a dynamically imported package (or optional), since it isn't really required.
Also, I think we could suck in the Service Tracker package using
<Private-Package>, so that we don't have a dependency on compendium, which has
a dependency on servlet...
